Despite the opinion of many of the content creators about their sphere, the Black Manosphere, I think space is taking on an overall unique form and function.

Though its ultimate form may essentially be as yet determined, it’s gaining momentum and influence in the Youtube and social medial sphere.

Over these last several months, I’ve noticed I can spend days, if not weeks, watching nothing but content produced in the Black Manosphere.

I, as well as I, am sure many others, enjoy preordered Podcasts, re-plays, and, best of all, live streams with panels containing the significant players and new content creators who are seeking to find their place in the game.

The Origin of Black Manosphere

I have observed and listened to Black Manosphere content from about 2015. Although still somewhat debatable, many have concluded that the timeline’s history has been beginning in late 2015 or early 2016 and transitioning through distinct versions 1 through 3 or 4.0.

The Focus

I don’t intend to touch on the validity of the beliefs and positions of the different ‘clusters’ of content creators in this article. 

Consistent, identifiable ‘clusters’ or factions of groups have emerged in the sphere and are growing, and evolving to my knowledge and observation. 

As I am sure many others, this has resulted in a shift of nearly my entire entertainment intake of content (TV, movies, radio), the substitution with content YoutTube, and about 90 percent.

I’ve come to depend on their broadcasts, the various shared points of view, lively debate, great intellection information, and maybe even a smidge of hate viewing as well (I’m human, after all).

Benefiting from the Trials and Tribulations of Others

I am mostly watching with glee and scrutinous intent due to the anticipation of my foray into content creation, the vast number of new creators coming across my dashboard every week. 

Overall, many of these creators seem to be greatly benefiting from the trials and tribulations of those who have been around for some time. 

By this, I mean their use from the start of better-quality audio/visual equipment, apparently more forethought is given to the organization of their material and even down to the service much more creative and effective thumbnails, from their very first submissions!

(all efforts matter and attention to detail is always appreciated)

Although there does not seem to be enough raw content or a total number of worthy creators currently in the space, I envision one day there will be to fill a viewer’s schedule to the same degree as a robust TV network or several combined.

By this, I am thinking like the old TV guides and current digital guides on cable provider channels where one could swing from various creators and all their forms of content within one space or section of YouTube.

The possibility is there, and they will get there, even if by kicking and screaming…
